So here is what is going down, I am going to do both of my projects within a couple of weeks of each other.

I am thinking though, that the cost of the Laser Quest Project is going to be too high (max. $35 a person), so I am now thinking about doing a video game day, where I ask the administrators to open the school for me on a Saturday and charge $5 for each person to get in, and all we do is play video games for the entire day. :) Sound fun? Yeah, it does.

On the Sky High Project, things are going smoothly, I just have to figure out a time and a day that is convenient, for the Juniors to do this. Most likely, it will be on a Saturday in the middle of November, starting at around 11 AM, and ending whenever the people want to leave, but they have to pay more for each hour. :) or :(? I am going to leave after two hours or after most of the people have left (whichever comes first) I am thinking about providing pizza and soft drinks, depending on how much money I have to play with, and who would all want it. Most likely, I will have this event AFTER my Robotics project, and use part of the proceeds from that to pay for pizza and soda.


On the projects that I am helping one, I have no idea what is going on...literally, I don't think that on any of these, I will do a whole lot, basically do what the leader says, as they say it. Which is okay with me. :)

After a frustrating few days, my internet is back up and running, so now here comes my third post:

Juniors Day Out
Driving Forces	Barriers

To 3 barriers:

1. Getting the message out to students
1. I am going to make sure that I make posters and keep my blog updates online. I also will put it in the NOTAM at least 3 weeks in advanced and every week thereafter to make sure that the students know when it is. I will also be posting the updates on Facebook because almost all of the Juniors are friends of mine on Facebook.
2. Transportation
1. I am going to offer rides for up to 4 students (that is all my license permits). And ask other students to carpool as well.
3. Making sure that the other students are happy
1. If the thought of pizza comes to their minds, I am going to either use ASB money to buy pizza, or buy the pizza myself and ask ASB for a refund.

Blog #4

This Semester, I plan on leading two projects:
1. A get together for the Juniors
           Gavin wants to help me with this
2. A get together for the Robotics Team
           I don't know yet who is going to help me with this

I plan on helping with three projects:
1. Molly's Candy-Grams
2. Sarah's Food Drive
3. Gavin's Warm Coat Drive

Today

Today in class, I did pretty much nothing that had to do with my project except for posting my previous post. I also read the Lorax to the class...too long of a book. I have decided to just plan out the whole projects and not ask anyone's opinions on it...

Dates

Hey guys, so I am thinking about dates of the projects, and I am thinking that both my projects should be done by December 31. So maybe the events should happen around November. I still need a mentor though, so thats an issue, but I will tackle that by the end of next week.

My idea for my first project is to have as many Juniors as possible get together, and go to Sky High. Just a walk in though, not anything formal.
