About My Project

This is a project for my leadership class at AHS. Basically I have to plan and organize some kind of event that includes other students at AHS. The basic concept is either to do one of the events listed above for either just the Robotics Team, or just the Junior Class at AHS.

After a frustrating few days, my internet is back up and running, so now here comes my third post:

Juniors Day Out
Driving Forces
Barriers
·        Me
·        The fun of trampolines
·        Mentor
·        Getting the Junior Class closer together

·        Transportation
·        Availability of Mentor
·        Getting the message out to students
·        Unexpected Turnout Rate
·        If the place is crowded that day
·        Making sure the students are happy
·        If a student gets hurt


To 3 barriers:
  1. Getting the message out to students
    1. I am going to make sure that I make posters and keep my blog updates online. I also will put it in the NOTAM at least 3 weeks in advanced and every week thereafter to make sure that the students know when it is. I will also be posting the updates on Facebook because almost all of the Juniors are friends of mine on Facebook.
  2. Transportation
    1. I am going to offer rides for up to 4 students (that is all my license permits). And ask other students to carpool as well.
  3. Making sure that the other students are happy
    1. If the thought of pizza comes to their minds, I am going to either use ASB money to buy pizza, or buy the pizza myself and ask ASB for a refund.
